This is the Network's technical support centre, where you can obtain free support and advice over the web and via email. Simply click one of the section names from above, and you will be shown the support topics currently covered by our technical pages.

Throughout these pages, the surf3.net service provider is used as an example. If you use another one of the Surf3 Network member service providers (such as thfc.net or lcfc.net), simply replace the words "surf3.net" with "thfc.net" and follow the instructions as per the examples.

If you have a problem which is not solved in the above links, then you can either email us on support@surf3.net for a response usually within 24 hours, or if your problem needs a more urgent solution, you can call our support hotline on 0906 756 5533 for a quicker response . Please note, however, that calls to this number will appear on your telephone bill, charged at 75p per minute.
